According to report the singer signed a memorandum of understanding with the technology company on October 19 2012, for the promotion of a concert organized by his media house D'king men media LTD.
MindHub invested $500,000 and N20 million for the organization concert.
D'kings failed to comply on their part of the agreement and MindHub asked the singer to pay back.
The issue is currently before Justice Onyenbanjo of Lagos state high court, Ikeja division and would be due for hearing on December 9 this year.
