This is yet another incident that got every one talking, a man identified as Okoro, 24ys allegedly stabbed another young man, Ojukwu to death at a night club over a woman. According to report the duo was having serious argument over a lady, which later resulted to a fight, that made Okoro rushed to the club's kitchen, picked up a knife and stabbed his opponent Ojukwu severally, though Ojukwu did not die immediately he was rushed to the hospital, where he eventually died. His corps was deposited in
morgue for autopsy report.
The incident happened at Tanza nite club located at Bayo Oyewole Street, Ago area of Okota, Lagos.
Charles Okoro was arrested and charged before Ebute Meta magistrate court for murder, under criminal code though the accused admitted that he stabbed him, but he did not mean to kill him.
The magistrate Mr O A Erusiafe did not take his plea rather remanded him in prison.
The court also gave an order, that his file should be taken to DPP for advise.
