UK ELECTION. PM to seek permition to form a new government.

The United Kingdom's Prime Minister is due to meet with Queen Elizabeth II on Friday in order to seek permission to form a government despite her party's failure to secure a majority vote in the nation's general election.

A Downing Street spokesperson confirmed that Conservative Party leader Theresa May would meet the UK's Head of State at Buckingham Palace at around 11:30 am GMT.
